Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your appointment.
What is microblading and how does it work? +
Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow enhancement technique that uses a handheld tool to create fine, hair-like strokes. Our certified artists use sterile, single-use blades to deposit pigment into the upper layers of skin, creating natural-looking eyebrows that last 1–3 years.
How long does microblading last? +
Microblading typically lasts 1–3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Oily skin types may need touch-ups sooner, while dry skin types often see longer-lasting results. We recommend annual touch-ups to maintain optimal color and shape.
Is microblading painful? What should I expect? +
Most clients experience minimal discomfort. We apply a topical numbing cream before and during the procedure to ensure your comfort. The sensation is often described as light scratching. The entire appointment takes 1–2 hours including consultation and aftercare instructions.
How much does microblading cost? +
The price of Microblading is $400. A touch-up is required at 4 weeks and is priced at $220, paid on the day of the touch-up. The touch-up is recommended to perfect the work and guarantee results. All prices include consultation, procedure, and aftercare kit.
What is the difference between microblading and ombre brows? +
Microblading creates individual hair-like strokes for a very natural look. Ombre brows use a shading technique that creates a soft gradient from light to dark — better for oily skin types and those wanting a more filled-in appearance. Both techniques are available at our studio.
How do I prepare for my microblading appointment? +
Before your appointment: avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours; don't tweeze or wax eyebrows for 2 weeks; avoid sun exposure and tanning; come with clean, makeup-free brows. We'll provide detailed pre-care instructions when you book.
What is the healing process like? +
Healing takes 7–14 days. Initially, brows appear darker and may feel tender. Days 3–5, scabbing begins and color may seem patchy — do not pick or scratch. By day 10–14, healing is complete and true color emerges. We provide detailed aftercare instructions and are available for questions throughout healing.
Can I get microblading if I have sensitive skin? +
Yes, most people with sensitive skin can get microblading. During your consultation, we'll discuss your skin type, any allergies or sensitivities, and determine the best approach for your individual needs. We use premium, hypoallergenic pigments and follow strict sanitation protocols.
Do you offer touch-ups and color corrections? +
Yes, we offer touch-ups and color corrections. Touch-up services are available within 4–6 weeks for $220. We also provide color correction services for work done elsewhere, with pricing determined during consultation.
