These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and Meta/Facebook integrations provided by Dominican Permanent Makeup ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 1276 Industrial Blvd, Suite 3, Gainesville, GA 30501. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Dominican Permanent Makeup provides professional permanent makeup services including microblading, ombré brows, microshading, and lip blushing. All procedures are performed by Georgia-licensed and certified permanent makeup artists. We also offer training courses for aspiring PMU artists.

Appointments & Payments

• A $50 non-refundable deposit via Zelle is required to secure your appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.
• Full payment is due at the time of the procedure. We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit cards.

Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. By booking a procedure, you acknowledge the following:

• You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin conditions prior to your procedure.
• Clients who are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have certain medical conditions may not be eligible for services.
• A consent form must be signed before any procedure is performed.
• Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.

Aftercare & Touch-Ups

• Aftercare instructions must be followed to ensure optimal results. We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
• A touch-up session (4–6 weeks after the initial procedure) is recommended and available at an additional cost.
• Refunds are not offered for permanent makeup procedures due to the nature of the service.

Website & Facebook Integration

Our website and Facebook Page are provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication with clients.

• We use Meta Pixel for advertising analytics. By using our website, you consent to this tracking as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Messages sent via Facebook Messenger may be used to schedule appointments, provide customer service, and send promotional communications.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, before/after photos, and design — is the property of Dominican Permanent Makeup and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Dominican Permanent Makeup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
