Who may be a good candidate?

A design based on your skin and goals

Candidacy is not determined from a photo alone. The artist reviews your skin, prior cosmetic tattooing, preferences, and any factor that may require medical clearance or postponement.

  • Softly enhancing natural lip color
  • Improving the visual definition of the border
  • Balancing the appearance of uneven tone
  • Clients comfortable with a gradual healing process

What the studio approach includes

  • Custom color consultation
  • Shape reviewed before pigment placement
  • Soft tint designed to heal naturally
  • Written preparation and aftercare guidance

Results and retention vary. A consultation helps establish realistic expectations before the procedure is booked.

Your appointment

What happens step by step

  1. 01

    Consultation and history

The artist reviews goals, natural tone, previous lip work, relevant health history, and whether medical clearance or antiviral planning should be discussed with your healthcare provider.

  2. 02

    Color and shape plan

Pigment options and the visible lip border are reviewed. Lip Blush enhances the existing anatomy; it does not physically enlarge the lips.

  3. 03

    Pigment application

Color is layered with a machine according to the approved plan. Fresh color looks stronger than the healed tint.

  4. 04

    Healing and refinement

The color changes visibly throughout healing. A separately priced refinement may be recommended after the initial healing period.

Healing

How the result commonly develops

This timeline is general guidance; every person heals differently. Always follow the instructions provided for your procedure.

Days 1–3

Color appears bright and temporary swelling or tenderness can occur. Follow the studio’s aftercare.

Days 3–7

Dryness and peeling are common. Do not pull at flaking skin.

Weeks 2–4

The color may look very light before gradually returning and settling.

After initial healing

The healed tint is assessed and a $220 refinement may be recommended.

The recommended refinement appointment is booked separately for $220.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does Lip Blush cost?+

The current initial Lip Blush service is $400. A recommended 4–6 week refinement appointment is $220 and priced separately.

Does Lip Blush make lips bigger?+

It does not add physical volume. Better color and border definition can make the existing lip shape look more balanced, but it is not a filler treatment.

What color will my lips heal?+

The artist recommends pigments based on your natural tone, goals, and what can be achieved safely. Fresh color is brighter and softens as it heals.

What if I have a history of cold sores?+

Tell the studio before booking and speak with your healthcare provider about appropriate medical guidance. The studio does not prescribe medication.
