Aftercare Guide
Following these instructions ensures optimal healing and long-lasting results. Please read carefully before your appointment.
Day-by-Day Healing Timeline
1
Day 1–3
Initial Healing
- → Brows will appear darker and bolder than the final result — this is normal.
- → Gently clean the area with provided aftercare products twice daily.
- → Apply a thin layer of healing balm with clean hands.
- → Sleep on your back when possible to avoid friction.

Day 3–5
Scabbing Begins
- → Light scabbing begins — the color may appear patchy or uneven.
- → DO NOT pick, scratch, or peel the scabs.
- → Continue gentle cleaning and light balm application.
- → Avoid sweating, swimming, and steam.

Day 5–10
Flaking & Lightening
- → Scabs begin to flake off naturally — let them fall on their own.
- → Reduce balm usage to allow natural oils to return.
- → Brows may look very light or patchy — this is normal and temporary.
- → Color will bloom back over the next few days.

Day 10–14
True Color Emerges
- → True, healed color becomes visible.
- → Brows should look natural and beautiful.
- → A touch-up appointment at 4–6 weeks will perfect the final result.
- → Continue to protect from excessive sun exposure.
What to Avoid (First 10–14 Days)
✕ Swimming, saunas, steam rooms, or long hot showers
✕ Direct sun exposure and tanning beds (UV fades pigment)
✕ Applying makeup or skincare products on the treated area
✕ Picking, peeling, or scratching
✕ Excessive sweating (gym, sports) for the first 10 days
✕ Facials or chemical peels near the treated area for 4 weeks
Lip Blushing Aftercare
Lip blushing has specific aftercare requirements in addition to the general guidelines above:
- ✓ Apply ice packs for 10–15 minutes to reduce swelling during the first 24 hours.
- ✓ Drink through a straw and eat soft foods for the first few days.
- ✓ Avoid spicy, salty, or acidic foods for the first week.
- ✓ No hot beverages for 48 hours.
- ✓ Do not apply lipstick, gloss, or balms other than the provided aftercare product.
- ✓ Avoid kissing or oral contact during the healing period.
- ✓ Lips will lighten significantly during healing — the final color appears after 2–4 weeks.
